Synopsis: Mick Travis, trainee salesman for the Imperial Coffee Company is entrusted with the north-east area. He is promoted to Scotland and subject to terrifying interrogation for supposedly spying on an atomic research establishment. He is sentenced to five years hard labour after a shady deal falls through and becomes an outcast.
